NDIS Admin Officer

NDIS Admin Officer     

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated NDIS Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing administrative functions related to NDIS processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent support to our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • NDIS Documentation & Compliance:
    • Prepare and maintain NDIS documentation, including participant plans, service agreements, and progress reports.
    • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and regulations.
    • Assist with audits and compliance checks.
    • Serve as the primary contact for NDIS participants and their families, addressing inquiries and providing information.
    • Coordinate with service providers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
    • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
    • Generate and analyze reports related to NDIS service delivery and participant outcomes.
    • Assist in tracking and reporting on service utilization and budget.

Requirements:

    • Qualifications in Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the NDIS sector.
    • Familiarity with NDIS processes, guidelines, and documentation.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with NDIS management software is an advantage.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Empathy and a strong commitment to client service.

  • Strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and related legislation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions.
