Uvana is the General Manager of LifeLift, a Perth NDIS provider delivering high-quality, participant-centred supports across Australia. With expertise in allied health and business operations, she leads with a strong focus on consistent, outcome-driven care, overseeing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behaviour Support services.

Patrick is a dedicated counsellor at LifeLift Perth, with nearly three years of experience. His primary modality is Narrative Therapy — helping individuals rediscover their strengths. He is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Eimear provides Functional Capacity Assessments and therapeutic interventions to assist people with activities of daily living. She works with patients of all ages, supporting increased overall wellness and more meaningful lives.

Karen is an Occupational Therapist based in Bunbury, supporting participants across the South West region. She delivers personalised, goal-focused therapy to help participants achieve greater independence. Full bio coming soon.

Gabrielle provides Functional Capacity Assessments, play-based therapy, and interventions addressing physical, cognitive, emotional and sensory challenges. She works collaboratively with families and carers to design holistic therapy plans.

Manvir is a Physiotherapist with experience across the life span, including management of neurological, congenital and degenerative conditions. She has clinical experience with ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and stroke recovery.

Hafiza delivers comprehensive and patient-centred care across physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services. She works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised treatment plans, empowering clients through education and ongoing support.

Izzi is a Therapy Assistant currently studying Occupational Therapy. Providing care across all of LifeLift’s therapy disciplines, Izzi is passionate about supporting participants to experience increased overall wellness and more meaningful lives.

Bec assists with general customer service and enquiries, bookings, invoicing, payments, HICAPS claims, human resource support and marketing. She strives to support our community by helping people reach their goals whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Luiz is our Administration Manager, keeping LifeLift running smoothly behind the scenes. He plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring our team and participants are well supported. Full bio and photo coming soon.
